Coming by car
- From Bordeaux: on the A63 motorway, take exit 10, then follow road D17 to Soustons.

- From Biarritz: on the A63 motorway, take exit 10, then follow road D17 to Soustons.
Distance: 55 km / Journey time: 50 mins.
- From Pau: on the A64 motorway, take exit 6 at Peyrehorade, follow signs for Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, then take roads D33 and D632.
Distance: 115 km / Journey time: 1½ hours.
Coming by train or bus
- From Dax train station: 30 mins.
- From Bayonne train station: 40 mins.
