General terms and conditions of sale


The reservation will be effective only with our agreement and with the reception of the signed contract accompanied by the file fees for a stay in camping, or the deposit for a rented accommodation. All reservations are personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. You will be asked for the final number of people to be registered as well as their names and dates of birth. If the reservation is accepted, it will be for all the persons registered on the contract who cannot be replaced by a third party (except with the prior written agreement of the campsite). Failure to comply with this clause may result in the cancellation of the reservation contract. We remind you that a site/accommodation planned for a determined numbeŕ of occupants can in no case be inhabited by a higher number of people. The manager will turn away any person beyond̀ of the planned capacity. Children, even infants, are considered to be people in their own right.

Pitches/accommodations are assigned randomly, based on the information on the rental agreement. If you indicate at the time of your registration a wish (location, exhibition, etc.), we will do our best to satisfy you within the limits of our availability, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non-fulfillment of a wish can in no way be a reason for cancellation or pretext for any request for refund or compensation. Minors can stay with us as long as they are accompanied by an adult, have parental authorization and a photocopy of their legal guardian’s ID card. All customers are required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations of which they declare to have taken note.


It is the responsibility of each client to double-check the details of the reserved stay (type, dates of stay, additional services). As soon as your request for a stay is accepted, the payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of the campsite’s internal regulations and general sales conditions.

Any extension of the stay can only be done by prior agreement and will be invoiced on the basis of the current tariff. For all changes in the dates of stay, the same location/accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Upon arrival, any stay booked, paid for and invoiced cannot be refunded. The reserved location/accommodation will be held for 24 hours from the scheduled arrival date. After this period, we will dispose of it. No discount will be given in case of late arrival or early departure. In case of no-show, the deposit and reservation fees will be kept. No refunds will be given. Arrivals and departures must be made during the opening hours of the Reception. In case of arrival or departure outside of these hours, it is up to the clients to find out the opening hours and days of the Reception and to inform the person in charge.


For any stay, a deposit of 20€ for the access badge to the vehicle must be deposited at the Reception upon your arrival. This deposit will ideally be made by taking a credit card imprint (VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD). This deposit will be returned to you, or the imprint will be erased in the case of a deposit by credit card, when you return the access badge at the end of your stay.

Time of withdrawal: Under Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, all services and benefits offered on our website is not subject to the right of withdrawal under L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code. Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the following cancellation conditions. Cancellation : In case of cancellation less than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit and the booking fees will be kept by the campsite. If an anticipated departure results from a case of absolute necessity, a written and motivated request for refunding (with presentation of documentary evidence) can be addressed to the management of the campsite l’Airial. The request for reimbursement will be considered within 2 months. In case of cancellation due to force majeure or for the safety of our clients, we will do our best to propose a modification of your stay? you will have 72 hours to accept the changes or to cancel the stay. In case of renunciation, there is no refund of the amounts paid.


Any complaint must be reported during the stay to the receptionist or manager in order to solve the problem as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, the customer can make a claim. The client must send a registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours of departure detailing his complaint. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. An alternative will then be proposed. The customer will then have 72 hours to accept this proposal. In case of renunciation, or if no follow-up is given to the correspondence within the time limit, no reimbursement of the sums paid is provided.


Clients are required to carry liability insurance. In case of loss, theft, degradation of personal effects or damage occurred following cases of force majeure (storm, flood, fall of tree…), the responsibility of the campsite l’Airial cannot be engaged. We advise you to contact your insurance company in order to obtain, if necessary, an extension of your personal guarantees (holiday insurance).

Image rights

During your stay, you are likely to be photographed or filmed on our site. We may use these photos or films for commercial or advertising purposes unless you notify Reception in writing upon arrival that you object to this practice.
